Trust, built from receipts — not adjectives
Why Chagua ranks sellers by what they actually delivered, and how that changes the feed you see.
The Chagua Desk · Jan 23, 2026

"Best quality." "Premium." "Trusted by thousands." These words cost nothing to type. Receipts do.
Adjectives are cheap
Any listing can claim to be premium. That's why Chagua ignores adjectives in ranking. We look for artifacts — the small, dated, awkward proofs that a real transaction happened and the buyer came back.
What counts as proof
- A follow-up message 30 days after purchase.
- A repair, refund or replacement handled without a public fight.
- A second order from the same buyer.
- A referral that converted.
Every one of those is a signal fed back into the seller's alignment score. Sellers with high alignment surface higher in your feed. Sellers who ghost after payment quietly drop.
Boring beats hype every time your money is on the line.
